Goorambat & Devenish - Drinking Water Supply Augmentation - D&C

North East Water is upgrading the existing gravity potable water reticulation at Goorambat and Devenish to a pumped system.
The opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Contractor with demonstrated experience to act in the Principal Contractor to undertake the Scope of Works.
The Scope of Works includes, but not limited to, the:
• Design, supply and Installation pumpset for within existing pumpstations at Devenish and Goorambat.
• Design, supply and installation of 250kL concrete clear water storage at Goorambat including access stairs, platform, personal and instrument hatches, ventilation and internal ladder
• Design, supply and installation of associated electrical, automation and alarm for all sites and infrastructure including genset
• Design, supply and installation of pumpstation ventilation and climate control
• Design, supply and installation of associated civil and mechanical works.
• Design, supply and installation of associated fire risk management upgrades
• Design, supply and installation of a bypass around the Devenish ground tank
• Design, supply and installation of a truck fill point on the Devenish ground tank
• Decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing elevated tank, ground tank and redundant infrastructure at Goorambat, existing reticulation pump, pumpshed and redundant infrastructure at Devenish
• Clear, level and make safe demolished areas
• Coordination, performing and managing all reconnection into the existing Goorambat and Devenish reticulation
• Update NEW SCADA and Critical Control Points for Goorambat and Devenish
• Commissioning of all infrastructure to North East Water's Tier 4 - Protocol - DWQ Drinking Water Quality - Construction, Connection and Commissioning of New Water Infrastructure requirements, and as determined by North East Water

• Develop and implement commissioning plan for each system.
