Description
The Trust is seeking to appoint a Fire Safety Service Contractor to be responsible for all aspects of Fire Safety in nominated Housing Trust properties within South Australia.
As the fire safety expert, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that any property referred to the Contractor for any component of the fire safety service complies with the relevant legislation.
The Contract will commence 1 December 2005 for a three year period to 30 November 2008 with an option for a further two years to 30 November 2010.
