Description
A four-stage program will require the successful tenderer to develop a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment process for each of the specialist qualifications in OHS in the PSTP qualifications Cert IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma. The RPL process will be undertaken in both metropolitan and country locations. A gap analysis will be provided for both participating individuals and the cohort of practitioners as a whole (between 40-75). A training and development program will be formulated to meet the needs identified in the RPL gap analysis process. Training and development programs will be delivered. At the successful completion of assessment individuals will be awarded the appropriate PSTP specialist OHS qualification.
