Description
Purchase Order Disclosure – The Home Based Outreach Service (HBOS) is a program designed to deliver community based psychosocial support for people with a mental illness. The program was originally modelled on the State-wide Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI). The HBOS is funded by MLHD and was introduced to enhance the State funded HASI program as a need for greater support was identified in Tumut and its surrounds (including Tumbarumba, Gundagai, Batlow and Adelong).
