Construction contract has been awarded to Arc3 Pty Ltd, all EOIs will be sent through to Arc3.

About the Project

As part of the Victoria Government's Public Housing Renewal Program, MAB corporation in conjunction with Homes Victoria and Housing First, is redeveloping social housing estates in North Melbourne, Preston and Northcote to deliver over 1,160 new homes to the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

The sites will be redeveloped into mixed use precincts containing public housing, community housing and private residences.

MAB is the developing the projects for Homes Victoria and will engage a number of specialist Head Contractors to deliver the projects. Work Packages will soon be open for Expressions of Interest (EOI) opportunities.
