Highfield Barn Amenities Extension Cart Shed – Heritage Works and Improvements The Parks and Wildlife Service are seeking to undertake site construction and heritage works at Highfield Historic Site, Stanley, Tasmania. Scope of Works The PWS has divided the works into two Separable Portions; Construct a new amenities addition to the existing historic structure. Cart Shed – Heritage Works and Improvements Modifications to the roof, wall framing and cladding of the existing historic structure. Tenderers must be prequalified under the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Contractor Prequalification Scheme in the category of – "Institutional Works" for the value of the tender price submitted. Attendance at the pre tender briefing is strongly recommended. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 30 September (or earlier).
