Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Education are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Roof Replacement and associated works at Castlereagh School, Gibbs Street Primary School and Maddington Primary School.
PFM reserves the right to award the works to multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time. It is anticipated that Successful Contractors would be awarded a maximum of one site to ensure delivery timeframes.
