Mail Collection and Delivery Service

The state Fire Commission through its operational arm the Tasmania Fire Service wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a Mail Collection and Delivery Service. Collection and Delivery of Mail Collection and Delivery of Australia Post mail from Hobart GPO to the TFS state Headquarters (SHQ). Collection and delivery of Internal Mail satchels from the Tasmanian Government Courier centre to the TFS State Headquarters. Delivery of Internal Mail between TFS Cambridge Sites and SHQ Hobart. Collection and Delivery of Outwards external mail from the TFS SHQ to an Australia Post Business Centre. This is required to be undertaken Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Collation TFS Invoices & Statements Collection daily of statements / invoices produced by the TFS Finance Services and TasFire Equipment as left at SHQ Reception. Folding and Enveloping of statements / invoices. Delivery to Australia Post Business Centre, with completed Australia Post mailing ststement and associated paperwork for mail processing.
