TFS Operational Leadership Development Program

The State Fire Commission through its operational arm the Tasmania Fire Service wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a TFS Operational Leadership Development Program. Description: The program must deliver leadership training to people in formal leadership roles. This will be approximately 850 people over six (6) years. This will include volunteer and career brigade officers, district staff, senior officers, managers and supervisors. This tender Request relates primarily to the first six (6) years of the program. performance will be evaluated after the first twelve (12) months and then every two years after that. Tenderers may also make a submission as to how they would continue to deliver the program beyond the first six years.
