Wattle Park Project - Suburban Parks Program and Urban Parks and Active Wellbeing Program

Parks Victoria will be seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations/contractors for the works within Wattle Park including a "tan-style" trail, a nature based playscape and general park infrastructure upgrades including roadwork, trails, bollards and other ancilliary items.

No mandatory site meeting will be held due to Covid-19 restrictions; however, tenderers are encouraged to visit the site on their own time. Tenderers are to provide evidence of this site inspection through the form of photographs of the site at time of inspection.

Parks Victoria are currently obtaining the required Heritage Victoria permit for works to commence. This shall be issued to the contractor prior to commencement. Draft permit conditions are detailed in the Draft Heritage Impact Statement.

A tender briefing session is organised to be held on 04/11/21 from 11am to 12pm. Please email [email hidden] to register interest in attendance. As part of this email, please provide a list of all parties who wish to attend including email addresses. Maximum number of representatives per organisation is 2. Session will run through the works, site specific concerns and provide tenderers with the opportunity to ask any questions. This session is not mandatory as it will be recorded and uploaded to Buying for Victoria.

Tender close at 4.00pm Tuesday, 23 November 20214.00pm Tuesday, 30 November 2021 as per revised tender closing date in the electonic tender box on www.tends.vic.gov.au.
