Description

Requirements: The successful Respondent, and its Specified Personnel are expected to provide the following services:The activities to be undertaken to successfully achieve the delivery of the project include, but are not limited to, the following:Deliver the project using a defined project management methodology and using project management techniques and tools.Comply to WACHS policy and guidelines.Plan, develop, document, and maintain the project management deliverables, for example, Project Plan, Project Schedules, Project Status Reporting, Project Closeout Report.Actively manage the project Risks and Issues.Initiating and facilitating forums and working groups to resolve issues relating to the implementation of the project.Developing strong working relationship to effectively liaise, consult, and negotiate with key stakeholders.Manage human, financial, and physical resources associated with project.Leading and participating in project governance committees and project teams involved with the program and other related projects and programs.The specified personnel are expected to have the following criteria:Substantial working experience in strategic Program end to end Roadmap development.Has successfully delivered similar engagement in size and complexities.Certified and or strong working knowledge or experience with industry Frameworks, standards and Maturity Models, such as TOGAF, Essential 8, COBIT, MSP etc.Significant experience in stakeholder engagement. Deliverables: An effective project management function with the assigned project.A co-ordinated and integrated approach to the execution of the project.Delivery of project and specified milestones on time, in scope and to budget.Project resource management that aligns human and financial resources with milestones.Informed and involved internal and external stakeholders.A project team that works and behaves according to the WACHS value set. Offer, Evaluation and Award Details: Engagement for this service will be undertaken on a daily rate basis.For the purposes of this Request, it is envisaged that the quantity of the service will not exceed what can be provided by one (1) full time employee.It is highly desirable that the organisation and any nominated specified personnel have experience working in and/or with a WA Government agency due to the complex nature of the work environment. Travel: The resource will be required at times to travel to regional and remote sites across Western Australia. The objectives of this service are to perform the following: Delivery must be managed and reported in accordance with the Project Management framework used by WACHS which is based on the PRINCE2 methodology.Facilitate and maintain the delivery relationship between WACHS, vendors, Health Support Services, and other key Stakeholders.Monitor and report the progress of Project deliverables and milestones against existing baseline scope, budget, and cost tolerances.Conduct and report effective issue and risk management.To support other Project Management Activities if /as they arise.Initiating and facilitating forums and working groups to resolve issues relating to the implementation of projects.Leading and participating in CHIIP Program Governance Committees and project meetings.Act as the interface between the WACHS Program Team, vendors, Health Support Services, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the overall WACHS CHIIP Program.
