Description
In January 2023, ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie caused destructive and widespread flood damage in the Kimberley region of Western Australia (WA), and which severely impacted residents and their communities. Under WA’s Emergency Management (EM) Arrangements, the Department of Communities (the Customer) is responsible for the coordination and provision of emergency relief and support services during the Response and Recovery phases, following a natural disaster. The Customer requires services to support the recovery and resilience for those floods impacted community men and residents.
