CITS is seeking to engage a suitably qualified architectural consultant to provide pre concept architectural and spatial planning services to support the development of a Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF) compliant Business Case for Stage 3 of the Sam Kerr Football Centre. Services will focus on high level site analysis, layout testing and feasibility assessment to inform option evaluation, cost planning and risk assessment.
