Executive Recruitment and Selection Services

The Queensland Government seeks to establish a whole-of-Government Arrangement for the recruitment and selection of executive leadership roles including Chief Executive Service (CES), Senior Executive Service (SES), and Senior Officers (SO) of the Queensland Public Service, and also public service officers of the Queensland Public Service who are engaged via a contract with a salary equivalent to CES, SES and SO rates.
Executive Recruitment and Selection Services include but are not limited to:
• pre-advertising activities;
• lodgement of advertisement;
• conducting an Executive Search;
• candidate assessment and selection process;
• referee checks; and a
• range of value added services.
This potential Arrangement will be established as a common use whole-of-Government supply strategy for use by all Eligible Customers.
