Shorncliffe State School - Covered Learning Space

Shorncliffe State School requires a new outdoor learning area to be constructed, this space will be by the school and outer hours school care.

The works generally comprise of the following.

• Demolition of the existing external concrete to make way of the new construction works.
• Removal of the existing garden beds.
• Tree removal/trim
• Preparation of the site and construction of sandstone seating.
• Installation of new concrete works
• Relocation of overhead services
• Removal of old gate
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction
