Description
The objective of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to transition the former DCS from the current two LATTICE HR/Payroll systems that are end-of-life to value for money as-a-Service with improved efficiency, and explore opportunities to strengthen its current Human Capital Management (HCM). This procurement is seeking an outcomes based contract for Core HR/Payroll and Human Capital Management “as-a-Service”.
Submission of responses will be in accordance with Items 6 and 7 of Part A - Invitation to Offer Details.
