Particulars

The NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development currently offers a range of legacy digital decision tools and calculators used by farmers, researchers, and advisors. However, these tools are considered outdated in todays digital environment and do not meet customer expectations or internal business needs. This project aims to modernise and enhance these tools based on insights and requirements in the customer discovery and solutions design research conducted by the Department in late-2023. The solution will be delivered through modern web-based technologies, with the aim of promoting farm business resilience across various phases of production, including planning, preparation, response, and recovery from extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, and bushfires. ICT Professional Services to design and build the StockPlan Plus software system across a 24-week period. This includes software design and development, user-testing, pilot phase feedback, and subsequent final software build improvements and amendments.
