Details
Description
The Department of Environment and Science through the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) seeks to upgrade an existing concrete/asphalt walking track on the foreshore at the Lake Eacham Section of Crater Lakes National Park. This walking track is deteriorated in a number of sections and as a high visitation site the upgrade is essential to avoid visitor injury and to enhance presentation. The high level visitation will have implications on Supplier methodology for as much as is practical QPWS will be seeking to minimise disruptions to visitors. It is projected that the work be undertaken to commence with the passing of the wet season and be completed by mid to end of May.
