Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at Newborough Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to; Shop Drawings for approvalNew SwitchboardsNew PitsNew conduitsUpgrade of cablingMake good of all affected areas including but not limited to grass, garden beds, reticulation, walls, ceilings and eaves, footpaths and bitumen areasTemp fencing if requiredAny shutdowns of power required to be School holiday periodAll certificates of Installation Compliance, As Con’s Manuals and Asset Data collectionAll works to be completed as per the Consultant DocumentationRemoval and disposal from Site of all redundant materials Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown in drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
