Online Event Registration and Management Software

The Department of Education and Training is seeking offers from suitably qualified organisations to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Online Event Registration and Management Software. The purpose of this SOA is to cater for a range of event requirements, including:

• Free ticket and/or paid for events;
• Small to large scale events;
• Internal and/or external events;
• Ongoing, regular customer usage (e.g. subscription based) to single use for one-off events; and
• Simple meetings or web conferences through to complex conferences and multi-stage events e.g. awards through nomination, submission, judging and final event ticketing processes.

The SOA will cover the following (as detailed in the specification):

• Event registration and management software that can be accessed by stakeholders internal and external to the Customer for event registration, payment and management.
• The software shall be an existing internet based Software-as–a-Service (SaaS) solution that requires minimal setup/configuration (i.e. the software already exists, does not require special development or changes to software coding and is accessible from a web browser).
• The online software (SaaS) may also include additional functionality (value added services), for example a venue management system.
• SOA management including provision of an Account Manager and quarterly reporting.

The following functionality is out-of-scope for this SOA:

• Enterprise-wide implementation is out of scope. The SOA will be accessed by individual Customers; however the Department may consider an Enterprise licence for all Customers to access the software at their discretion.

The software must meet mandatory Privacy and Security requirements as outlined in the specification.

Suppliers must complete and return the "Section 6 Response Schedule" document, which forms the Offer/Response to this ITO.
