Minor Works Contract for Beenleigh Connection Road - Realignment, Access to Logan City Council Recreation Area and Street Lighting. Prequal F2 R2

Prequalified Contractors at levels F2 R2 and above are invited to tender for earthworks for and pavement construction using full depth AC, minor drainage and markings on Beenleigh Connection Road (208) from CH 0.85km to CH 1.16km.

The work includes:

Re-alignment of the existing carriageway to produce a single curve, minor drainage works, earthworks for the new pavement, removal of the obsolete pavement, kerb blisters at the new entrance to Doug Norris Oval, street lighting, Guardrail and pavement construction to new asphalt specification MRTS30, July 2015 which promotes “Harmonisation delivery” of asphalt in Queensland.

Asphalt supplier is required to provide 2 year warranty for asphalt and undergo a New National Prequalification System (NPS) for design mix under TMR.
