The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block F Home Economics located at Nambour Special School, 70 Windsor Rd, Burnside QLD 4560 Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with an open QBCC Builders Licence and insurances. The project will be procured under a medium works contract. Tender documentation is available by contacting Ridgemill Project Management by email [email hidden]. Tender submissions close Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 4:00 pm at [email hidden] Site Visit Details: A mandatory tenderer site inspection is scheduled 10:30am, Tuesday 29th March at Nambour Special School, 70 Windsor Rd, Burnside Qld 4560.
