WA Department of Health
Provision of services to develop, manage and analyse Staff Surveys across the WA health system
Details
Description
The Department of Health has a requirement for a Contractor to develop, manage and analyse up to five (5) surveys over a five (5) year period. The surveys will be an established and valid model for measuring employee engagement, administered to participants as agreed by the Customer's Representative, across the Western Australia (WA) health system.
The objectives of the surveys will be to:
• identify and assess levels of staff engagement, including identifying behaviours or practices that are driving employee engagement;
• identify the effectiveness of the workplace culture (noting the surveys should not seek to define or assess workplace culture); and
• identify areas for improvement based on the analysis of survey results.
It is anticipated that the surveys will run annually for approximately three (3) weeks, commencing in mid-2018. The surveys will be promoted using a range of internal WA health channels.
The Customer is seeking Offers from suitable, independent organisations with expertise, experience and capacity to conduct large-scale staff surveys to complete the Services.
