Penneshaw Community Waste Water Scheme

This Contract is for the construction of the Penneshaw CWMS, on Kangaroo Island,

South Australia. It includes the supply and delivery of all materials, parts and

equipment and construction of all Works as listed and contained in the Documents and

Drawings. It also includes the supply and installation of all materials not specifically

mentioned but reasonably expected and required for the proper completion of the

Works.

The proposed scheme shall be separated in to a Defined Collection Area and an

Expansion (Separable) Area, as identified on the drawings. The Expansion Area

includes gravity drains that provide connection to approximately 54 allotments. This

portion of the works shall form a separable portion to the Contract and shall be built as

the last programmed works pending project funding. The Defined Catchment provides

approximately 141 connections and shall include all other works associated with the

scope.
