Description
In 2023, the Department of Communities (Communities) developed a business case outlining the argument to replace its core child protection case management system and decommission the Oracle Peoplesoft platform as a matter of priority. As a result, the Digital Capability Fund FY24-25 Budget approved partial funding to produce a Project Definition Plan (PDP) to improve planning including a detailed approach to costings, delivery approach, interoperability, and data migration. To support the development of the PDP and associated documentation ready for submission to 25/26 ERC Budget round in 2025, the Contractor is required to analyse data relating to the case management system to develop: Data Model and Profile;Data Migration Strategy;Data Management Strategy (relating only to child protection case management);Data Audit and Quality Report; andPresentation of Key Findings to the Program Board.
