An accompanied site inspection for the following sites will be held on the dates and times shown : ·WALKERVILLE on Monday, 13 May 2002 at 9.00am. ·REGENCY PARK on Monday, 13 May 2002 at 2.00pm. ·WALKLEY HEIGHTS on Tuesday, 14 May 2002 at 9.00am. ·OAKLANDS PARK on Tuesday, 14 May 2002 at 2.00pm. Tenderers are advised that attendance at the site inspections by the tenderer or a competent representative is a condition precedent to the submission of a tender and only 1 person from each company will be allowed to attend the inspections.
