Joondalup Education Support Centre (ESC) Amenities Upgrade and Associated Works.
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the Amenities Upgrade and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Joondalup Education Support Centre (ESC).
A mandatory site inspection will take place on Wednesday 9 July 2014 at 1:00 PM at Joondalup Education Support Centre (ESC), Blue Mountain Drive, Joondalup.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
