Production, Distribution and Management of Test Materials, Data Capture and Management of Marking Operations for National Population Testing Programs

The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) requires the services of a single Contractor to deliver the following:

• publication and distribution of all required testing material and supplementary instructional material and information for schools and parents;
• secure tracking, reconciliation and logging processes for all publications, test booklets and report information;
• scanning of test books and data capture;
• supply and delivery of test data in prescribed formats at various levels – students, schools, system/sectors, State and National;
• sourcing, establishing, commissioning and operating a secure metropolitan marking centre;
• provision of on-line marking facilities and data bases to manage the results;
• provision of a website for registration of student information by schools prior to testing and for input of participation information after testing;
• professional (edit) marking;
• access to on-line marking facilities for home-based marking;
• provision of writing and report images for each student to schools; and
• secure access and storage of test material.
