Description
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to conduct an energy audit of Parliament House and to assess the building's rating under the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) Scheme.
The energy audit is the first action in the draft DPS Energy Strategic Plan 2007-10. Its purpose is to assist DPS to identify potential energy savings, consistent with the efficient operation of Parliament House, in order to reduce:
- energy consumed;
- energy costs; and
- greenhouse gas emissions.
