This investment proposes to engage a service provider to:
• Organise Industry Spray Days to extend spray information and resources to growers and advisers and connect them to industry experts.
• Review, update and develop GRDCs extension resources addressing key areas of best practice spray application and chemical management.
The core purpose of this spray day initiative is to provide an extension platform to develop the skills and ability of growers. These events will connect growers with a diverse group of industry stakeholders, including agricultural chemical companies, agribusiness, spray equipment manufacturers and industry organisations to address this common good issue of implementing best spray management practices on farm.
