Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractor/s to undertake Refurbishment Works at Unit 1,2, and 3 – 12 Lockyer Way Roebourne. The Client may elect to award this RFT to a single or multiple tenderer/s.
The Work includes but is not limited to complete Refurbishment Works.

Tiling and flooring | Cabinetry incl. but not limited to SAI Kitchen | External Works |
Ceiling Refurbishments | Plumbing | Fencing and Yard works |
SAI Air Conditioner | Electrical | Cleaning and Garden works |
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
