Warnbro Bus Rail Interchange Upgrade

1.The works under this contract are located primarily in the Northern and Central portions of the Warnbro Station site. It comprises existing car parking and roadways and two drainage basins. The works involve the construction of a bus interchange facility and the alteration of the existing car parking arrangement including:
• 7 bus stands
• 4 layover bays
• full canopy cover to bus stands and across bus way
• new canopy cover to northern station entry
• new setdown/short-term parking area
• reconfiguration of existing car park, including kerbs, line marking and roadways
• alterations to stormwater drainage, including underground storage structures;
• landscaping and irrigation works;
• carpark lighting and extension of CCTV coverage;
• fencing and signage

The Bill of Quantities is not contained within the tender package and will be issue by Addendum.
