Digital Agency Services

Under this Request, MRA is seeking a digital services agency to provide ongoing strategic and technical support for MRA’s online platforms and activities.
Once this contract has been awarded, the contract will commence with two major projects:
• the development of a full digital strategy which establishes short and long term digital communications goals for MRA; and
• the review and redevelopment of the MRA website suite.
Following these initial projects, the Contractor will be required to:
• roll out the digital strategy;
• review the existing e-marketing system and implement a new solution if required;
• review the existing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy and implement ongoing SEM activities;
• review of the existing Social Media Strategy and implement ongoing social media activities and projects;
• develop mobile application projects with specific objectives for relevant projects as required; and
• develop new websites and bespoke functionality as required.
Services for digital strategy, website development, e-marketing, mobile applications, social media and search engine marketing will be required on a regular basis for the duration of the contract.
