Description
The requirement of this RFT is to engage a provider for the provision of Maintenance and Support for IPFX 5.2.
IPFX is used to provide call centre functionality within the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Client focused areas such as the National Information Service, the Provider Contact Unit and Services@ABS use it, among many others. It is also used for both personal and group voice mail.
