This Request for Tender is for demolition of all structures at the Department of Housing properties located at Lot 739 (17) Forest Avenue, Jarrahdale and Lot 362 George Street, Jarrahdale, please note the Department has amended the Request for Tender to include contribution to the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Levy.
Asbestos removal will be required as a part of this tender.
