Description
The scope of work includes the construction of the new visitor centre building in Purnululu National Park rangers station precinct.
Inclusions in the building:
- Obtain all building permits
- Supply all building materials and complete all building works as documented in the Drawings and Specifications including deck, ramps, toilets, and office
- Mechanical and Electrical work as documented in the Drawings
- Plumbing as documented in the drawings and specification, including connection to the existing septic system
- Provision of temporary fencing for site security
