Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake lift replacement works at the WA Maritime Museum.
The Work includes but is not limited to
- Decommission of the existing hydraulic lift and associated equipment
- Supply and installation of a new MRL lift
- Installation of chequer plate flooring in lift pit reducing the pit depth.
- Lift communication system
- Installation of new lift car finishes including rear glass wall, side walls, front jambs, header and ceiling, to be selected from the manufacturer’s Premium standard range
- Lift flooring shall be selected by the Principal from either the Tarkett or PolyFlor ranges.
- Lift landing appointments
- Work Health and Safety Requirements
- Ensure the open section of the existing shaft is suitably protected during the works and provide and exclusion zone at the lowest level.
