Description

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) requires the supply of reusable and launderable material industrial cleanroom garments for Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) Pharmacy Clean Room, which will be rented by the Customer.

Suitable garments are to be delivered to CAHS on a regular basis. Once the garments have been utilized by CAHS, used garments will be collected and returned to the Contractor two times a week. This schedule will be confirmed with the Contractor upon contract commencement. The Contractor will be responsible for putting a delivery and returns process in place. Once garments are returned, they will be laundered to the high standards required and put back in circulation to CAHS. The Contractor is to ensure that there is to be a suitable volume of garments to ensure that CAHS always has stock to last until the next delivery, these levels will be confirmed upon contract commencement.
