The contractor must provide the following services:
- Prepare and process PIRSA's external outgoing mail (local, country, interstate and overseas) ready for lodging with other service providers
- Sort incoming internal mail at two designated delivery points at the Waite Research Precinct
- Provide a courier service for the carriage of mail, packages, diagnostic samples and minor freight between nominated PIRSA offices
