Craigslea State High School Refurbishment to Manual Arts Block (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construct refurbishment of the Manual Arts Block at Craigslea State High School, located at 685 Hamilton Rd, Chermside West QLD 4032 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement program.

The refurbishment is to include demolition of internal walls to the existing construction court, store, spray area, office group instruction areas. Space to be reconfigured to include central prep zone / store, design lab, weld court, prep room and 3D lab.

All works are to be completed by 14 January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
