Provision of Developer Resources for System Flow and Reform - Western Australian Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED)

Health Support Services (HSS) requires Software Development Services (resourced via 1 x Principal Developer and 1 x Senior Developer) to build the proposed WA Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED) solution using a Hybrid project team. These resources will supplement the HSS comprised of a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and 1x Senior Developer to make up the team. It is expected that the proposed resources will work as ‘One Team’ under the direction of HSS and will be required to build the Forms and Workflow solution on the OutSystems Low Code Platform. Resources may need to be ramped up and down during this period depending on demand and approved budget and will be done so at the sole discretion of the HSS. Specified personnel must be available to start first week of December 2024 and finish end of June 2025 Deliverables Developed code that has been Unit Tested and passes Functional, non-Functional and Integration Testing and has been developed with due consideration provided for potential Cyber Security risks by passing the penetration testing undertaken prior to implementation of the solution into production. Developed solution is accepted by the Product Owner as meeting the requirements, free from defects and in doing so meeting the Hypercare exit criteria.
