The Independent Certifier must undertake the scope of services in accordance with the following Project Documents: 21st December, 2018, Art Gallery of NSW Sydney Modern Project, “Eastern Distributor Construction Interface and Access Deed” – this document includes the “Independent Certifier Deed” and Scope of Works drawing – “Exhibit 3 - Zones“and Scope of Works drawing – “Exhibit 4 – Works for inspection by the Independent Certifier.”
