Description

The Corporate Administration Agency (CAA) is working on behalf of the Queensland Studies Authority (QSA) in this instance.

Suitably qualified and experienced organisations are invited to submit an offer for the provision of printing, logistical services and support for the delivery of printed materials to Queensland schools for the Queensland Comparable Assessment Tasks (QCATs) 2011. The first year deliverables are to be met in 2011, with the customer’s option to invoke an extension at its discretion for the Contractor to provide similar deliverables in relation to the QCATs in 2012 and 2013.

This project has a high degree of complexity and requires high quality security.

A summary of the requirements are;
* Production, printing, collation and packing of student booklets, teacher guidelines, stimulus pages to specification for Year 4, Year 6 and Year 9 QCAT materials (also including covering letters, information sheets, envelopes and fax back sheets);
* Supply of packing materials including labels, packing slips and jiffy bags or cartons as required;
* Distribution and tracking of complete parcels containing QCAT materials directly to urban, rural & remote schools; and
* Reporting requirements back to the Customer.

To ensure all offers are submitted in accordance with the requirements, offerors are invited to the Mandatory Industry Briefing at 12:30pm, Wednesday 13 October 2010 at the Queensland Studies Authority, Board Room 7.1, Level 7, 154 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101. Approximately 1 hour should be allocated for this briefing.

Only offerors’ who attend this industry briefing, will be eligible to submit an Offer for evaluation.
