2.1 Demolition works required to allow construction
2.2 Removal of asbestos from the Annexe area
2.3 Supply and construction of the following:
2.3.1 Male and female toilet amenities on level 2 of Annexe
2.3.2 One (1) male and one (1) female shower on level 2 of Annexe
2.3.3 Kitchen , lunch room and break out area on level 2 of Annexe
2.3.4 Locker room facility on the ground level of Annexe
2.3.5 Security desk and secure entry area on the ground level of Annexe
2.4 Relocation of existing and installation of new services, including but not limited to, fire, electrical, security, mechanical, water and sewerage
