The purpose of this Invitation is to seek offers from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a Debt Collection Service for the Department of Education, Training and Employment (the Principal) for the recovery of corporate, salary and TAFE debts.
The object of this Invitation is to establish an SOA for Debt Collection service and process aimed at bad and doubtful debt recoveries with high quality customer service.
