Construction of new Camp Kitchen at Coolum Beach Holiday Park

Tenders are invited for the construction of a new camp kitchen at the Coolum Beach Holiday Park.

Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Construction of the building;
• Connection of all services, testing and commissioning;
• Landscaping.

This lump sum construction contract with works proposed to commence 19 July 2018, and practical completion by 19 October 2018. The work-site will be closed during September school holidays.

All other operations at the holiday park will continue as usual during the construction period, therefore the successful Contractor will be required to professionally maintain close liaison with holiday park management and the Superintendent during the project period.

The successful Contractor is to provide all materials, plant, and labour, and to perform all necessary operations to ensure proper completion of the works associated with the Contract. It is a mandatory requirement that the successful Contractor holds a current QBCC building licence.
