02072ETI - Lowood WTP Stage 1 Upgrade - ETI Phase

Seqwater is seeking Proposals for the Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) Phase of the Lowood WTP Stage 1 Upgrade.

The Lowood Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Stage 1 Upgrade will be procured via an Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) process, where a minimum of two contractors will be shortlisted to review and provide constructability and risk input into the development of the detailed design by the design consultant. The shortlisted contractors will then be invited to tender for construction of the works.

The objective of the ETI process is to engage with shortlisted contractors during the early stages of the project so they can participate in evolution of the design to take into account constructability and risk factors. The approach also promotes and assists in building a better understanding of project risks and how to manage them for the mutual benefit of the parties involved.
