Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the replacement of roof evaporative coolers at Block U of North Metropolitan TAFE Balga Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to mechanical and architectural services installation associated with the evaporative cooling units replacement. Works to be completed during Dec 2026 and Jan 2027 academic term break. Two options requiring pricing.
