Noble Park Fire Station

Procurement of the alterations and additions of the Noble Park Fire Station.

Seeking tenders from suitable contractors for the construction works to Nobe Park Fire Station.

The works include but are not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary for the supply and complete installation of all general requirements inclusive of all necessary accessories required to complete the work.

The scope of the works shall encompass the following:

▪ All associated demolition works required on site to accommodate the new works;

▪ The construction of a new Structural steel framed Motor Room

▪ The construction of a new external and internal walls, ceilings, partitions and including all nominated sub-contract works;

▪ The construction and installation of joinery units;

▪ Supply and installation of all floor and wall finishes;

▪ Provision of all mechanical, electrical, communications services;

▪ The provision of all fittings and fixtures where nominated and all necessary ‘in-wall’ supports for fittings and fixtures nominated as ‘Principal supplied’ or ‘Principal supplied and installed items’

▪ Coordination with the CFA on the installation of other components such as the signs, etc

Tender will be conducted via Buying for Victoria only

Indicator Procurement Programs includes:

• Tender Open – 12 February 2025
• Offers Close – 12 March
• Evaluation – 28 March
• Intended Contract Award – 30 April
