Provision of a Technical Business Analyst

The Service and Invest Technology Services Division is seeking the provision of Business Analyst services to support the delivery of technology initiatives. The Business Analyst will perform end-to-end business analysis activities, including stakeholder engagement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the preparation of technical and “ready-to-operate” documentation. The services will ensure that stakeholder requirements and expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met, thereby mitigating risks associated with project delays, scope issues, and quality outcomes, and enabling projects to progress in accordance with agreed plans and timelines. Key Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities: Facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resourcesEliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirementsIdentifying business needs, gaps, and process improvements, and translating these into actionable solutionsSupporting the design and implementation of system and process changesConducting data analysis to inform decision?making and validate outcomesPreparing business cases, requirements documentation, process models, and other analysis artefactsSupporting test planning activities, including development of UAT plans, test cases, and coordination of testing activitiesAssisting with issue management, defect triage, and resolution during testing phasesDeveloping and maintaining project documentation, including technical and operational readiness documentationProviding process and documentation support to ensure solutions are fit?for?purpose and operationally sustainableSupporting additional projects and broader technology services activities as required
